The WA type chain block supported by toothed short shafts also has the advantages of small size, light weight, and small pulling force.
3. Cycloidal pinwheel type. It adopts cycloidal wheel, needle roller internal ring gear and cylindrical pin transmission, with large reduction ratio and small wear. For example, SBL series is a new variety developed in my country in recent years.

Chain blocks are widely used in hoisting scenarios, such as hoisting on construction sites, container hoisting in logistics parks and ports, and overhead line inspection and maintenance. Among them, on construction sites, chain blocks are usually used for concrete pump truck hoisting and large steel structure hoisting.
In logistics parks and ports, chain blocks are mainly used for lifting and unloading containers.
In the inspection and maintenance of overhead lines, chain blocks are usually used to lift workers to the required height for equipment repair and maintenance.

1. Inspection before use
① Check the transmission part and whether it is flexible, whether there is chain jamming, whether there are cracks and broken joints in the chain; whether the brake is safe and reliable, and whether the pin is firm.
②Check whether the lifted object is overloaded
2. Safety requirements during use
① Check whether the lifting chain is twisted during use.
② When using, you can first pull back some bracelets and loosen the lifting chain so that the reverse chain has sufficient lifting distance.
③During the lifting process, the zipper handle should be pulled evenly and gently, and do not use excessive force to avoid the chain jumping or getting stuck.
